Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
Promote safe and effective patient rehabilitation
