Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.
- Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring that therapeutic goals remain relevant and achievable.
- Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, fostering camaraderie and shared healing among participants dealing with similar challenges.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to psychiatrists or other specialists when necessary to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

- A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing culturally sensitive therapy and crisis intervention.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
