Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – ASCP Certified\n
A healthcare facility is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
\n

- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
- Analyze, interpret, and report accurate patient results
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Follow quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care

Requirements:
\n

- ASCP certification required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
