Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will work with a diverse range of clients, all of whom have been carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for online therapy. - A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Must hold a current license in good standing to practice independently without supervision as a:

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, those with specialized training in evidence-based therapy practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are strongly preferred. Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings can be an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits\n
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your hours worked and caseload. In addition to the base salary, you will receive a sign-on bonus and the convenience of weekly direct deposit. Full-time counselors also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support your wellness.
