Key Responsibilities\n

- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, meeting regulatory standards and fostering accountability and transparency within the treatment process.
- Collaborative Care: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client’s needs and circumstances.
- Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize validated screening tools as recommended by our clinical team to ensure that therapeutic interventions are grounded in the latest evidence-based practices.
- Licensing and Accreditation: Actively participate in various licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance and contributing to the overall quality of our services.

Our clients range from individuals experiencing general mental health issues to those navigating challenges related to substance use, developmental disabilities, and head injuries. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
- Eligibility for licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing.

- Strong listening skills and an empathetic approach to counseling while effectively guiding clients towards their goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
