Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of family dynamics and individual roles to identify underlying behavioral health issues.
- Facilitate therapy sessions with families, observing interactions and dynamics to effectively note potential problems and areas for improvement.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients about how certain behaviors may be impacting their relationships and daily lives, allowing for greater self-awareness and understanding.
- Collaborate with families to develop personalized therapeutic plans, outlining actionable steps to address their unique challenges.
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies and best practices in family therapy to guide clients through grief processing, conflict resolution, and improvements in home and educational environments.
- Evaluate progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to align with clients' evolving needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity of care and to support treatment planning.
