Job Description

Join a leading healthcare team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. This 14-week assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week in a busy maternity unit supporting approximately 3,000 deliveries annually.

Assignment Details:

Location: Boston, MA
Specialty: Labor & Delivery
Assignment Length: 14 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day/night rotation, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
Operating room circulator experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required
EPIC experience required
Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
Must pass the Day 1 telemetry test with a score of at least 85%
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, with all required lessons completed and certification valid throughout the assignment
Fetal monitoring course completion, preferably through AWHONN
High-risk obstetrics experience preferred
Telemetry or dysrhythmia interpretation course preferred
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) experience will not be accepted
