Maintenance Worker&nbsp;
We are looking for a motivated, positive person with general handyman skills to perform general maintenance duties for our 212-unit condominium complex conveniently located in Stoughton. Must be organized, dependable, able to communicate respectfully with residents and our property manager, and can work both independently and as a member of a team. You will report to our property manager who will provide training opportunities in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities vary as needed and include:
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Most work is outside
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain clean appearance of the grounds
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Painting, minor repairs of garage doors, brickwork, stone walls, etc.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Watering and planting shrubs and grass, garden maintenance
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with snow removal
·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Secure supplies as needed and keep storage area neat and organized
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation of weekly reports&nbsp;
