\nCompany Description
We started by supporting a small group of healthcare organizations — hospitals, long‐term care facilities, and national staffing partners — doing the kind of high‐stakes clinical hiring where the cost of a wrong placement is meaningful. Travel nurses, allied health professionals, CNAs, LPNs, clinical leadership. That discipline — slow, deliberate, evidence‐based — became our operating system.
From there, we expanded into other verticals, beginning with growth‐stage companies in IT and engineering, taking on senior‐IC and leadership searches that demanded the same rigor. Today we run RPO pods, permanent searches, contract engagements, and a Recruitment‐as‐a‐Service subscription across every industry we serve. The work has grown; the operating system hasn’t changed.
What’s new is the AI layer. We’ve spent the last eighteen months threading modern language models into every seam of the work — sourcing, screening, JD authoring, candidate prep — across both our healthcare and technical pipelines. And we’ve exposed those same tools, unmodified, to candidates and employers on this site. The same engine, the same precision, no waitlist.
