Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team full-time, part-time or PRN at our skilled nursing facility.
Through strong personal relationships and thoughtful decision-making, each Licensed Practical Nurse LPN is entrusted to help support a meaningful life for, and with, the elders who are in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
