Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
- Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress concerning their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to implement comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Communicate and follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians to coordinate care for clients requiring hospitalization.
- Identify obstacles to recovery, providing proactive solutions and support to assist clients in overcoming challenges.
- Engage with family members and primary caregivers, offering guidance and resources to manage associated mental and behavioral issues, enhancing the overall support system for clients.

Qualifications\n

- A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, offering a competitive salary based on your experience and productivity.
