Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

  • Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress concerning their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to implement comprehensive intervention strategies.

  • Communicate and follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians to coordinate care for clients requiring hospitalization.

  • Identify obstacles to recovery, providing proactive solutions and support to assist clients in overcoming challenges.

  • Engage with family members and primary caregivers, offering guidance and resources to manage associated mental and behavioral issues, enhancing the overall support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor, you will work with an array of clients from various backgrounds, experiencing different mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, offering a competitive salary based on your experience and productivity.
