Ayer Valley Rehab &amp; Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility. This position helps provide meaningful daily activities and engagement for our residents.
As an Activities Assistant, you will work alongside the Activities Director to help plan and carry out engaging recreational programs for residents.
Responsibilities:

<li>Assist with daily activities and recreational programs</li>
<li>Encourage resident participation and engagement</li>
<li>Help set up and clean up activities and events</li>
<li>Support residents during scheduled programs</li>
<li>Maintain activity participation documentation</li>
<li>Work closely with staff to support resident well-being</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working with elderly residents or patients preferred</li>
<li>Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
