Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A high school in Concord, NH, is seeking a skilled professional to support students through behavior intervention and individualized support plans. This contract position, lasting the current school year, offers the opportunity to work in an educational setting with diverse high school students requiring specialized behavioral assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or equivalent.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to support positive student behaviors and create a safe learning environment.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and maintain effective behavioral supports.
- Provide direct one-on-one support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), if applicable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Behavior Specialist in a school environment.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to apply behavior analysis principles in real-time classroom or school settings.
- Excellent munication skills for working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and mitment to supporting students' individual needs.
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Duration: Current School Year (CSY) contract
