Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Nashua, NH
Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves responding to queries, troubleshooting, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or via remote tools.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical instruction to company employees as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality of data.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a help desk environment or associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy and good understanding of Windows computer systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented.
