• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week\n
• Orientation: Up to 16 hours (unpaid)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,130 - $2,190\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing\n
• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required\n
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required\n
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; ER nursing experience preferred\n
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred\n
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills\n
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n

\n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room using the nursing process\n
• Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic tests\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician supervision\n
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation\n
• Promote patient safety and follow established ER protocols\n
• Support patients’ cultural, religious, and lifestyle needs\n
• Engage positively with patients, families, and healthcare team members\n
