Location: Ludlow, VT area
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $36–$43/hour

We are seeking a rehabilitation professional for an inpatient therapy coordination opportunity in southern Vermont.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• \n

  Coordinate therapeutic activities and rehabilitation services.

\n

• \n

  Assess patient needs within the position's scope.

\n

• \n

  Develop and implement therapeutic programming.

\n

• \n

  Collaborate with rehabilitation staff, nurses, and physicians.

\n

• \n

  Document patient participation and treatment outcomes.

\n

• \n

  Support safe, patient-centered rehabilitation services.

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n
• \n

  Appropriate education and credentials for assigned occupational or recreational therapy duties.

\n

• \n

  Inpatient rehabilitation or therapeutic programming experience preferred.

\n

• \n

  Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills.

\n

\n
