Job Summary: In need of a Government Contracts Compliance Manager with a focus on audit and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR) regulations.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent
-
At least ten years of experience in auditing related to federal contracts
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-
Experience with Software Tools such as SAP, SRM, Fieldglass, Tadpole, etc.

Ability to start with an Interim Clearance
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with Air Force audits and/or contracts compliance
-
Master?s degree in a related discipline
-
Knowledge of government contract compliance
Job Responsibilities:
-
Support compliance with purchasing policies and procedures manual, prime contract requirements and company policies
-
Assist in responding to requests for data from Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
-
Support preparation for DCMA Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs)
-
Implement self-inspection of Laboratory purchase orders, subcontracts, P-card transactions, electronic catalog purchases, petty cash and materials section transactions

Conduct internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards

Document audit findings and execute Annual Audit Plan

Develop checklists for file organization

Support staff self-assessments and other requested reviews

Assist with drafting training recommendations/materials; develop/conduct training programs on regulatory changes, audit issues etc.
-Serve as a resource for clarification or guidance on regulatory matters
Pay Details: $71.00 to $94.00 per hour
