We are seeking a BoardCertified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to serve as Medical Director ofOphthalmology for a thriving, hospital-employed practice in beautiful Rutland,Vermont. This leadership opportunity combines a robust clinical practice withthe ability to guide and grow ophthalmology services within a respectedregional healthcare organization.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Ophthalmology
• Completion of an accreditedOphthalmology residency program
• Fellowship training welcomedbut not required
• Eligible for or able toobtain a Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospitalmedical staff privileges
• Demonstrated leadershipabilities and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
