Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and patient status.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products safely.
- Manage ventilators, central lines, and other critical-care equipment.
- Recognise changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility protocols.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding care plans.

Qualifications
\n

- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Intensive Care Nurse (ICU) experience
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred or required by facility)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
