Key Responsibilities\n
As an LMFT at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will have a vital role within our clinical team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting assessments and evaluations with couples and families, gathering comprehensive information to formulate treatment plans.
- Providing both individual and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client.
- Addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to grief, family conflicts, substance abuse, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication barriers.
- Implementing therapeutic techniques to navigate blended family dynamics and sibling conflicts.
- Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and track progress in an empathetic manner that honors each individual's journey.
