About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced ETL Test Lead to manage and coordinate onshore testing activities across multiple teams. This role requires strong ETL automation skills, leadership abilities, and experience working with offshore teams in data, web, and mobile environments.
Responsibilities:
· Lead onshore ETL operations for multiple projects
· Liaise between client stakeholders and offshore teams
· Drive ETL automation to improve efficiency and scalability
· Ensure offshore alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality
· Participate in technical discussions on data, web, and mobile platforms
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Mentor junior team members and resolve technical/operational issues
Requirements:
· Proven ETL testing & data integration experience
· Onsite team leadership & offshore coordination skills
· Expertise in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS) & data warehousing
· ETL automation experience (Python, Pytest) & scheduling tools (Control-M, Airflow)
· Knowledge of web/mobile architectures & related discussions
· Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
· Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
· Agile methodology experience
