Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions
- Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises
- Update and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or night audit preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
