Job DescriptionCNA/HHA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs and HHAs in Medway, MA. We’re seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home support to clients. Both short- and long-hour shifts are available, with opportunities on weekdays and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and client routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
