Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightside Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct supportive and engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, connect with each other, and learn collectively.
- Delivering Individual Therapy: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling sessions that help clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will assist them in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.
- Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs.
- Monitoring Progress: Assess and track clients’ progress regularly using various evaluation tools and feedback methods, ensuring we meet their evolving needs effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric professionals, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and discuss complex cases effectively, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often grapples with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health issues.
