Robert Half is partnering with a law firm located in Boston to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in civil litigation and thrive in a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including organizing and analyzing documents and evidence.
• Coordinate trial preparation activities, such as preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Maintain and update case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements and filing schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court filings.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.
• Proficiency in managing discovery and trial preparation processes.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal document management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
