Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, including individual sessions as needed, addressing various issues such as conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
- Developing customized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique background, needs, and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Providing ongoing assessments and therapeutic interventions for issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended families, and job stress, among other stressors.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the organization to create a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss case progress, strategies for improvement, and support for colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The clients you will serve include adults, children, and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges.
