This remote telehealth position allows for a flexible work-life balance while delivering vital mental health services. You will operate during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a structured yet adaptable working environment. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting severity, frequency, and duration.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, cultural backgrounds, and personal goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during virtual sessions.
- Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and healthy coping strategies to empower their recovery journey.
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and outcomes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach for clients.

- Engage in case consultations and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- Proficient in delivering results-oriented therapeutic approaches, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
