Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an infant in the comfort of her home. This rewarding opportunity allows you to build a meaningful connection with a child and family while delivering personalized, high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.
This position involves caring for a 4-month-old baby girl with a G-tube and partial trisomy, assisting with feedings, daily care needs, and ongoing support to help her thrive. Schedule
- Day shifts, 4 days per week
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays required

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the personal setting
- Assist with G-tube feedings and monitoring
- Support all activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Observe, document, and communicate changes in condition
- Collaborate with family members and the care team to ensure the highest level of care
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered nursing support
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain; paid renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
- Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
