Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Care

Lebanon, NH
Part-Time Day Schedule | 16 Hours per Week

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an infant in the comfort of her home. This position involves caring for a 4-month-old baby girl with a G-tube and partial trisomy, assisting with feedings, daily care needs, and ongoing support to help her thrive. Schedule

  • Day shifts, 4 days per week
  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays required

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the personal setting
  • Assist with G-tube feedings and monitoring
  • Support all activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Observe, document, and communicate changes in condition
  • Collaborate with family members and the care team to ensure the highest level of care
  • Deliver compassionate, family-centered nursing support

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program
  • Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain; paid renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
  • Pediatric or home care experience is a plus, but not required
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
