What You Bring:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or substantial experience as a Behavior Tech/Paraprofessional with demonstrable Behavior/ASD background
Prior hands-on experience within behavior settings—more than just 1:1 support
Competence and comfort in elementary classroom settings
Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to support students’ individualized growth
Willingness to work onsite (remote/virtual arrangements are not available)
Commitment to the contract duration from October 12, 2026 through May 27, 2027
Ability to provide certification and a resume highlighting relevant experience

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct support and implement behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students
Collaborate closely with the onsite BCBA and teaching staff
Facilitate positive classroom engagement and promote student development
Consistently document and communicate progress following best practices
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners
Adjust strategies as needed to address varying student needs during the school day (8:15–3:15, 32.5 hours per week)
