The full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the possibility of occasional evenings or weekends as required by client needs and practice demands.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
- Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans promptly, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to provide accurate evaluations and guide therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans that cater specifically to each client’s needs.
- Engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to maintain best practices within the clinic.
- Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance resource availability and client support.
- Foster and maintain effective communication channels with clients, families, and community stakeholders, aligning efforts with the mission of Myers Counseling Center.
- Participate in community outreach, develop new partnerships, and identify funding sources to expand program capabilities and reach.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, conferences, and participation in relevant task forces.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.
