What You'll DoSafety and Course Knowledge

Master the go-kart course, safety requirements, harnessing procedures, and participation rules.

Greet guests professionally, ensuring they are properly harnessed, dressed appropriately, and familiar with course rules.
Guest Assistance & Supervision

Guide guests through the go-kart experience, explaining course elements, supervising rides, and offering encouragement.

Manage track capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Equipment Maintenance & Inspection

Perform regular inspections of harnesses, restraints, and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.

Follow all maintenance protocols using the provided materials and training.
Course Safety & Rule Enforcement

Enforce all safety standards and course rules consistently.

Inspect and secure all harnesses and safety restraints before each race.
Exceptional Guest Service

Deliver outstanding guest service that embodies our core values and exceeds expectations.

Assist guests entering and exiting the track and provide support throughout their visit.
Operational Duties
-
Control racing events from the central station, including operating computer systems, speed/emergency controls, and signaling equipment.

Safely manage lapping sessions, controlling portions of the track and communicating effectively with drivers using flags and signs.

Ensure smooth entry and exit for all drivers and maintain a safe, fun racing experience.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of go-kart operations, safety protocols, and course rules.

Exceptional guest service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.

Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
