Location: Beverly, MA
Compensation: $35–$36/hr
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
About the role
Picture your morning: you walk the floor at 6:00 AM, greet a team you lead with confidence, scan WMS dashboards for overnight variances, and set the pace for safe, accurate, on-time distribution. As our full-time supervisor supporting an exciting stage of company growth, you’ll build operational structure, coach associates, and continually improve processes that keep product flowing.
What you’ll do
- Build and sustain the warehouse/stockroom operating framework—initiate, coordinate, and enforce effective operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Drive performance to plan by contributing operational insights to strategic reviews; implement standards for productivity, quality, production, and customer service; resolve issues; and pinpoint process and system upgrades.
- Provide hands-on leadership and daily supervision to assigned teams, offering ongoing guidance and feedback.
- Protect people, inventory, and facilities by establishing and monitoring security and safety procedures and protocols.
- Own inventory accuracy: ensure SOP adherence, conduct cycle counts, reconcile WMS variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve the physical condition of the warehouse through proactive planning and new ideas.
- Maximize capacity with smart consolidation and space utilization; ensure proper product rotation.
- Ensure timely, precise completion of required records and reports.
- Recruit, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance; administer disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- Pitch in on shipping, packing, loading, unloading, and sorting when needed to meet demand.
- Support special projects assigned by your direct Manager and take on other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Full-time, primarily first shift with overtime as needed to meet mission requirements; flexibility to support Saturdays based on business needs.
Experience you bring
- 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Background in kitting, manufacturing work orders, and stockroom material flow.
- Fluency with materials paperwork: Bills of Lading, packing slips, invoices, pick lists, and manufacturing orders.
- Inventory control know-how: SOP adherence, error checking, cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting.
- Coordination with logistics partners: UPS, FedEx, common carriers, and 3PL/4PL providers.
- Proven leadership of teams of 10 or more warehouse associates.
- Experience creating and rolling out SOPs, job aids, and training materials.

- Ability to set up production kits; verify part numbers and quantities to BOM, subs, equipment & fixtures as required.
- Participation in physical inventories is required.
- A knack for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving warehouse/stockroom issues.
