Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in instructional design engineering multimedia eLearning solutions utilizing Articulate 360.
- Proficiency in Camtasia for recording, editing, and producing highly engaging instructional video content.
- Experience with rapid design principles to architect interactive scenario-based online training modules.
- Experience in executing end-to-end multimedia production including storyboarding, scripting, and voiceover narration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project to coordinate complex instructional design timelines.
- Experience in applying advanced adult learning strategies to develop diverse blended learning curricula.
- Excellent communication skills to partner seamlessly with subject matter experts and translate complex information.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable blended learning solutions encompassing virtual and video-based training programs.
- Produce and edit polished instructional videos, software demonstrations, and scenario-based microlearning assets.
- Engineer comprehensive multimedia curriculum deliverables including detailed scripts, interactive modules, and storyboards.
- Direct multiple concurrent multimedia development workflows while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines.
- Execute rigorous quality assurance editing across all instructional materials to guarantee organizational brand alignment.
- Transform highly complex technical information into accessible and concise learner-centric training content.
- Integrate inclusive design practices and accessibility standards systematically into all enterprise eLearning deliverables.
