- Active and permanent Massachusetts RN license required\n
- Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR RN) certification\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
- Experience in Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, or Pediatric OR preferred\n
- Ability to participate in rotating call coverage (nights, weekends, holidays)\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n

- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to surgical patients in the Operating Room\n
- Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams\n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards\n
- Respond to surgical emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as scheduled\n
- Support patients and families throughout the surgical process\n
