Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations, helping them maximize independence in activities of daily living and improve overall quality of life. This role requires strong clinical skills, patient-centered care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.\n\nRequirements:\n\nActive Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
\nSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
\nExperience with geriatric rehabilitation and functional assessments preferred
\nStrong knowledge of occupational therapy treatment techniques and adaptive equipment required
\nExcellent communication and documentation skills required
\nAbility to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams required
\nKnowledge of regulatory and documentation standards required
