Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Case Manager position is available in Kingston, NH, supporting a K-9th grade caseload at a local charter academy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a small group of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on reading, writing, and math interventions within a special education setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress
- Provide small group instruction and intervention in reading, writing, and math
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student goals and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective learning strategies
Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in special education
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple caseloads
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
Location:Kingston, NH, serving students at Seacoast Charter Academy
This contract position requires full-time availability for 35 hours per week.
