LTC Therapy is looking for a dependable Rehabilitation Aide to assist our therapy department in Taunton, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the healthcare field who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive patient experience.

As part of our rehabilitation team, you'll help keep daily therapy operations running smoothly while supporting therapists and residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure therapy supplies and equipment are ready for use

• Escort residents safely to and from scheduled therapy appointments

• Provide general assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff

• Keep rehabilitation spaces clean, organized, and welcoming

• Help coordinate therapy schedules and complete routine departmental tasks

Qualifications
