THE ROLE
You run the site, the trades and the schedule, and you are the one the owner walks with.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ground up multifamily, podium and wood frame, or mixed use over retail
- Trade coordination and look ahead scheduling that holds through framing
- Quality and safety on a site with many trades stacked close
- Owner and architect walks, and the punch that follows
- Unit turnover sequencing through certificate of occupancy
- Weather, logistics and deliveries on a tight urban footprint
QUALIFICATIONS
- Eight or more years running multifamily or mixed use sites
- Wood frame over a structural podium
- Unit turnover and phased occupancy experience
- A schedule you built and held with your project manager
COMPENSATION
Base of $130,000 to $165,000.
