The LCMHC will work in a supportive remote environment, collaborating with fellow mental health professionals from the comfort of their home. While our operations are primarily virtual, the Outpatient Office in Bennington serves as a resource center for team meetings, training sessions, and an occasional client visit when required. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans that address these specific needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients, guiding them towards achieving their mental health goals through consistent support and constructive feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive, secure, and professional client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring a high standard of confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
- Current and active LCMHC licensure in the state of Vermont.
