We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We will consider applicants who desire to work part time.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Trouble shoot appliances and basic issues with electrical and plumbing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Apartment Flipping. Complete repairs and upgrades to apartments for new tenants.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must have previous experience as a maintenance technician&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation and your own tools</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
