Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments by utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools to understand each patient’s unique experiences and needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individual clients, taking into account their cultural backgrounds, personal histories, and specific mental health issues.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns while fostering resilience and promoting individual well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, using your training and skills to implement immediate support and stabilization strategies.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and how to access community resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and feedback as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the importance of cultural competency in therapy.
- Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.
- Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, with a track record of successfully building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
