Company Overview
 Join Abbott &amp; Oaks, a fine jewelry company aiming to become the largest provider of vintage and antique jewelry in the country. We are a fast-paced startup experiencing significant growth and leading the rapidly expanding vintage jewelry space.
 
The Role
 As our Collections Registrar, you’ll be responsible for tracking and cataloging each piece in our inventory. You’ll record details, assess condition, and help ensure everything is properly documented and ready for listing.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Log materials, measurements, and condition notes in Google Sheets</li>
<li>Track each piece through cleaning, photography, and prep</li>
<li>Write accurate product descriptions and brief historical blurbs</li>
<li>Flag inconsistencies or missing information for review</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, and complete</li>
</ul>
 
Who You Are
<ul>
<li>1+ year cataloging experience (museum, auction house, archive, or gallery)</li>
<li>Exceptionally organized and methodical</li>
<li>Strong writing and communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable handling delicate, high-value objects</li>
<li>Bonus: experience in gemology or vintage jewelry</li>
</ul>
 
Salary
