In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water treatment systems. You will teach customers how to use their equipment, troubleshoot issues, and following company procedures. What’s In It for You?

What You Will Be Doing:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential water treatment systems
- Configure and plumb system components correctly and safely
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and post‑installation testing
- Collect post‑installation water samples and review results
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and warehouse space
- Occasionally perform light digging or excavation at job sites
- Document job details according to company policy
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and service needs
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building maintenance preferred
- Ability to safely use ladders and tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work in basements, crawlspaces, attics, and on rooftops
- Must meet background and driving eligibility requirements
- Must be able to pass NRPP certification exam for radon mitigation
