MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
Job Title: RN – Behavioral Health
Rate: Up to $2573.00 weekly
Location: Dedham, MA
8-hour Day or 8-hour Evening shift available
Qualifications &amp; Requirements
Education
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>One (1) to three (3) years in specialty required.</li>
</ul>
Licenses/Certifications
<ul>
<li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.</li>
<li>AHA BLS certification required.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conducting Assessments: Evaluating the mental health needs of inmates to develop appropriate treatment plans.</li>
<li>Providing Therapy: Offering individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological issues.</li>
<li>Developing Treatment Plans: Creating comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to the needs of offenders.</li>
<li>Managing Mental Health Conditions: Diagnosing and treating mental illnesses and behavioral disorders among inmates.</li>
<li>Assist with staff training and evaluations and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.</li>
