Dow Construction is hiring experienced carpenters. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, garages and barns in the White Mountains. We're based in Conway, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and committed to using quality materials.
What you would own:
- Crew leadership and task delegation
- Layout and sequencing of work
- Quality control
- Material coordination
- Daily communication with the project manager
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years in residential carpentry, including time running crews
- You own jobsite outcomes and keep a crew productive
- You prevent mistakes before they happen
- You hold a professional jobsite
What we offer:
- $38-45/hr, W-2
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week
