Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, effectively diagnosing and formulating personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
- Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring therapeutic modalities to each client's unique goals and personal circumstances.
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health situations, effectively stabilizing their condition and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Maintain diligent and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
- Provide education and advocacy for clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to enhance their support systems.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
