Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, effectively diagnosing and formulating personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

  • Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring therapeutic modalities to each client's unique goals and personal circumstances.

  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health situations, effectively stabilizing their condition and connecting them with appropriate resources.
  • \n

  • Maintain diligent and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
  • \n

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of well-being.

  • Provide education and advocacy for clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to enhance their support systems.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients from various backgrounds, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will utilize a strengths-based approach, recognizing each client's unique experiences and emphasizing personal growth and empowerment. You will have the opportunity to support diverse populations, tailoring interventions to meet the cultural and situational needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
