Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining a caseload of clients, fostering rapport, and establishing positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, ensure stability, prepare for upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals.
- Documenting client interactions and progress notes consistently to maintain an accurate record of all client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to implement therapeutic strategies and interventions.
- Engaging in regular individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
