We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a full time Property Maintenance Technician. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and can work independently while following clear instructions and checklists.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine property maintenance and repairs

• Complete tasks using structured checklists

• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of properties

• Identify and report maintenance issues

• Handle basic repairs and upkeep tasks as needed

Preferred Skills:

• General handyman skills

• Basic plumbing knowledge

• Carpentry and drywall repair

• Excellent Painting Skills

• Basic groundskeeping

• Appliance installation

• HVAC filters and simple maintenance

• Clean and manage turnovers

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work well independently

• Comfortable following instructions and checklists

• Reliable transportation

• Good communication skills

Starting range $22 to $26/hour, DOE. All major holidays and one week off with pay after one year, two weeks after two years.

Emergency/on call night and weekends (at time and a half) required but hardly happens.
