Job Description
The Site Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating small teams (1-5 workers) on residential and commercial construction projects. This full-time position requires experience with site preparation, equipment operation, and job layout management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Site Foreman must hold a hydraulic license, possess a clean driver's license and medical card, and be capable of towing trailers for moving equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

<li>Prepare construction sites, including layouts and elevations</li>
<li>Operate equipment and handle materials efficiently</li>
<li>Manage job layouts and elevation specifications</li>
<li>Tow trailers to move equipment and materials between sites</li>
<li>Coordinate and lead small teams of workers on site</li>
<li>Ensure proper job closure with attention to detail</li>
<li>Maintain safety and compliance throughout the project</li>
