Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience with elementary school caseloads preferred
- Strong skills in writing IEPs, conducting thorough evaluations, and preparing MET (Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team) reports
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of assistive technology and classroom adaptations desirable
- Familiarity with school-based OT best practices and current evidence-based interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students based on IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based therapy interventions
- Write individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide input for MET reports
- Work closely with teachers and staff to incorporate OT strategies into classroom settings
- Communicate progress and recommendations with families and participate in IEP and MET meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant policies
